Refund Policy

To request a refund, contact ODA at mylicense-help@oda.oregon.gov. The request must be made within the time period that the license is for. Please allow a minimum of four weeks for review and processing. Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used.

Fulfillment Policy

License renewal fees are payable in advance of the licensing period and are due prior to expiration of the current license. Your credit card and/or ACH payments will be processed within one-two business days of authorization.
